This condo has replaced all counter tops with granite and new appliances, As well as new furniture in spring 2015. It has two balconies. The master bedroom and the living room each open up to a balcony that faces the beach. The front bedroom has a sepate balcony facing the roadway and the bay. Ceramic tile thru out, the only carpet is in the bedrooms. The pool is beautiful shaped with a fountain in the middle. Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check out time is before 10:00 a.m.
