Shoalwater Condominium sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. This fifth floor unit is serviced by two elevators and features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths...each bedroom has there own private full bathroom. You will also find a full wraparound balcony with access from the living room, the master bedroom, as well as a second bedroom. Updated flat screen TV's in everyroom, stream NetFlix or Pandora from the BluRay Player with WiFi in the Living Room. The fifth floor is high enough that you don't get a lot of noise from the pool areas during the day, but low enough that you can leave the bedroom sliding patio door open at night and listen to the waves crashing all night long. This balcony is a corner balcony giving you wide open views of the white sands and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a large fully-furnished kitchen with breakfast bar. Beds include one King Size bed in the Master bedroom and a queen in each of the other two bedrooms. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the bar. This building was built in 1996 and will provide you with one of the most enjoyable beach vacations ever! Relax in the indoor pool and Sauna, or bring the little ones to the kiddie pool outside on the huge pool deck. Adults can lounge around on the large outdoor Gulf-side pool, or enjoy working out in the exercise room indoors, or just sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins. There are exceptional golf courses in the area. Excellent Gulf and backwater fishing, great dining, and fantastic shopping at our 120-store outlet mall. Gambling is just one hour and 45 minutes away in Biloxi, MS. If you feel a party coming on just head east down the beach for a few miles to the Florida state line.
