This unit has two large bedrooms with a king in the master, queen in the second bedroom and a high end queen sofa sleeper which sleeps two. Each bedroom is beautifully furnished, built in closets, chest of drawers and flat screen televisions. Basic high definition satellite is included along with free protected WiFi.The residence also has two bathrooms. One is dedicated to the Master bedroom. The other is shared between the second bedroom and common area.The common area of the residence has earth colored tile floors while whitewashed Pergo wood floors have been installed in the bedrooms. The custom paint colors, light flooring, and coastal décor add to this property's sense of delightful vacation. The kitchen opens to the living area and is equipped with granite countertops, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer and quality cooking equipment and utensils. Everything the cook needs...just add ingredients!Once you enter the residence you'll be struck by the immediate view through the sliding glass door and your own private balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. From the 3rd floor you're high enough for a beautiful view of the beach and beach goers, but still insulated from loud noises below. We have provided a small dining table and chairs on the balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee, evening sunset or gourmet dinner.
