Welcome to the site of our newest Alabama gulf coast condo and like all of our other condos, it is updated, modern, bright, spacious, fun, comfortable, fully stocked and immaculately clean. Our new condo has just been completely renovated (Jan. 2016), boasting new cabinets, granite and floors, fresh paint, new furniture, high-end new comfy mattresses, new decor, new linens & comforters, and lots of new kitchenware and decorations. Our condo provides our guests with a remarkable standard of sophistication, luxury and leisure with a classy upscale beach flavor for their vacation on the Alabama coast of the Gulf of Mexico. You will not believe our condo in Tradewinds. Located on the12th floor (Penthouse) with the desired west corner floorplan, it is the ultimate in luxury and comfort…2 bedrooms/2 baths, sleeps 6, boasting 1030+/- sq. feet and high 10 foot ceilings. This unit offers hardwood tile flooring (w/ plenty of plush area rugs ) and granite countertops throughout, ceiling fans in every room, new stainless appliances, stackable washer and dryer, wireless internet service, flat screen HDTVs, a DVD player in every room, and so much more… Our vacation home is furnished with your comfort in mind, while still maintaining the absolute highest standard in luxury throughout…the living room features an oversized sectional couch (w/ queen sleeper sofa), flat screen HDTV and DVD Player, a BOSE stereo system, new wall unit and tables, vertical blinds and unique artwork. The dining area features a table accommodating 6 in comfort, as well as 2 bar stools/chairs along the kitchen counter. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless GE appliances including built-in microwave and dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator w/ ice maker and is fully stocked with all small appliances (including crock pot, electric griddle, hand mixer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, smooth edge electric can opener). Ample counter space and lots of cooking gear, kitchenware and plasticware, including many unique items not often found in rental condos, makes it a pleasure to prepare meals for your entire group. Our condo also has a large separate pantry for additional storage during your stay.Each of the two spacious bedrooms has its own private bath. The master bedroom, overlooking the Gulf and a west view window, features lots of new furniture including a king size bed, a new plush, pillow- top mattress, nightstand, a large chest of drawers and a corner cube unit. A flat screen 32" HDTV, DVD player, alarm clock and ceiling fan makes this room complete. The master bathroom has granite countertops, new vanity, a large walk-in shower with glass doors (as well as a linen shower curtain for privacy) and a storage cabinet/shelves above the toilet. The second bedroom features ALL brand new furniture, including a king size bed, large nightstand, a chest of drawers and a new plush (firmer) mattress. A 32" flat screen HDTV, DVD player, alarm clock and ceiling fan makes this room complete for your sleeping or relaxing comfort. The guest bathroom (with access from both the 2nd bedroom and the living area) has granite countertops, new vanity and a tub/shower combo with glass doors (as well as a linen shower curtain for privacy). The large Gulf facing balcony, with access from the living room, boasts a dining table for 4 and several smaller chairs and tables for your added pleasure and comfort. There is also a storage bin on the balcony with lots of beach toys and equipment that, although not stocked by us, is full of fun and useful beach/pool items donated by prior guests. Directly overlooking both the Gulf and beach, as well as the heated swimming pool and lounging area, you will enjoy gorgeous and breathtaking views at any time of the day. Dine outdoors, relax with a cup of coffee, watch the porpoises play or be mesmerized by the stunning sunsets to end your day. All Egyptian cotton linens and towels, as well as beach towels, are provided. A washer and dryer is also located in the unit for your added convenience.Tradewinds is one of the most desired condo destinations in the Orange Beach area. It is a family oriented, low density complex (w/ only 110 total units in the complex) that is located directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Besides the fantastic location, guests can enjoy features like easy access to the beach (that is only steps from the elevator and pool) and swimming in the seasonally heated indoor and outdoor pool. The beautifully landscaped grounds include a BBQ area that is available for all guests and we provide all grilling utensils and platters. Bathrooms and showers are located in the pool area. The overall complex is clean and very well maintained.Tradewinds is located only .7 miles from Hwy 161, Orange Beach's main hub. It is within walking distance of the Gulf State Park and many local restaurants, grocery stores and family entertainment spots. Centrally located, it is only minutes to amusement parks, Flora-Bama, the Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, nature trails, Fort Morgan, ferry to Dauphin Island, dolphin tours, fishing, para-sailing, library and many other local attractions.Luggage carts are provided to conveniently unload your car. Parking is available on site for up to 2 vehicles for a fee of $20/vehicle.Since we only recently purchased this condo and thus do not yet have any reviews, we welcome you to visit the sites of our other condos for more information and guest comments on working with us as well as the high standard and cleanliness of all of our gulf coast condos.
