There is a lot of new furniture and appliances including new "Kohler" commodes, front loading washer and dryer, 3 flat screen tvs, blender, coffee maker, and more. All linens are 100% cotton including top quality towels, sheets and mattress pads. We also have new "My Pillow" king pillows. Instead of the thin scratchy tissue, you will have top quality paper goods including "Charmin" bath tissue and "Bounty" paper towels. We provide quality name brand "Ivory" soap, "Tide" laundry det, "Dawn" dishwashing liq, and "Finish" dishwasher det. All bedspreads, pillows, and blankets are cleaned regularly. The balcony has 2 loungers, and a table with 4 chairs. You will also have assess to the owners closet that has an umbrella, beach chairs, snorkel with mask, and other toys. Our heated pool is the largest zero entry pool on the beach. There is an outdoor grill area, and an exercise room. The property is well maintained and has excellent security. Smoking is allowed on outdoor balcony.
