Hello , This is my " Personal " condo I live in 6 months out of the year and lease out during the spring , summer and winter months so it is kept very clean . It's a very nice, comfortable, and quiet upstairs condo that overlooks a duck pond with fountain. This condo is centrally located to the Tanger Outlets Mall as well as an array of fine restaurant, entertainment, and Golf Courses only minutes away The condo is located 4 miles straight north of the beach on Hwy. 59 , 10 minutes to Orange Beach, and 20 - 25 minutes to the World Famous Flora-Bama where you can have an amazing experience and taste of live entertainment Redneck Riviera Style. After a full day at the beach you can retreat to a remodeled condo for some relaxation within a laid back , friendly, safe community . There are no neighboring units to the North or West of my unit, so there is much privacy. The Colony club facility has an upgraded pool, hot tub, workout room, grills.. I have a new king size mattress as well as a comfortable Queen size sofa bed. In all the condo can sleep 4 comfortably .. Upgraded kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, Large bathroom with double sinks, washer/dryer , Internet, Direct TV, DVD player/. There are plenty of cooking and eating utensils, pots, pan, etc. if you decide to stay in and have a home cooked meal.. I provide all bedroom pillows and linen and bathroom towels. However if you're like me, I prefer my own pillow when traveling.. I provide enough toiletries for approximately the first week. The love seat is on coasters so it's easily movable to allow room for the Sleeper Sofa to be unfolded. Lastly 2 things. 1) I'm a Non-Smoker. I don't mind if you smoke , however " Please " do so on the balcony where there is a container to put cigarette butts. 2) "NO PETS" under any circumstances.
