Sleeper sofa in the living room and 42' FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD sits on a BEAUTIFUL ELECTRIC FIREPLACE (nice for the chilly winter evenings) Two extra comfortable Lazy boy recliners and a rocking chair make this unit comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 5 or 6.Kitchen has a new stove, microwave, dishwasher,full size refrigerator fully stocked with dishes & cookware . MARGARITAVILLE Frozen Concoction machine for all those frozen drinks! NEW Full size WASHER/DRYER unit in the kitchen closet for your use.Toys/games/DVD's available for those rainy days... pack and play & booster seat for the baby.BEACH SERVICE available March-October. 2 wooden chaise loungers (with cushions) & beach umbrella are $125/week (6 days) paid to the beach boy.
