UNIT 1502Come visit beautiful Gulf Shores and enjoy your stay in our completely renovated condo . It’s only available for a few weeks a year, so make your reservations early. This beautifully decorated unit is on the 5th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and its white, sandy beaches. When you enter the condo you will notice it's clean, crisp décor, with splashes of color that help make your vacation stay peaceful and enjoyable. Italian tile, paint and molding throughout. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and firm mattress, pillows and linens. If you choose to leave the drapes open, you will be able to wake up to the sun rising through the French doors that lead to the balcony. This room has an attached master bath that can be accessed from either the bedroom or the hallway. The bath has new toilet, sink, faucet, granite countertops, and shutter cabinets. You will also find a small television in this master bedroom for the little time that you're not on the balcony admiring the beautiful beach view. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and firm mattress as well. This room has a view of the bay side of West Beach and a private bathroom. There’s a 32” wall mounted flat screen TV with all the cable channels plus Netflix - if you have time. The second bath has a new Italian tiled shower, toilet, sink and granite countertops.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make cooking a pleasure. Plus, there’s a Keurig coffee maker and K cups to help get the morning started. The dining area has a table that will seat 4 comfortably and an adjacent bar area with two bar stools.The living room has French doors that lead to the large deck area. In the living area you will find a large, wall mounted flat screen TV with loads of cable channels plus Netflix. You can find books and games in a cabinet below if your not interested in TV.The 8x20 balcony overlooks two large pools, two baby pools and a large green space area with barbeque grills (they're cleaned every morning). There’s even a chaise lounge chair for an afternoon nap while listening to the waves.Beach Service including chair and umbrella rental is available in season from Ike’s.You will find a covered area for loading and unloading your luggage, and a security guard on duty at the premises. Linens are provided, except for beach towels. THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT AND THAT INCLUDES THE DECK AREA.There is no renting to anyone under 25, or groups larger than 4 people.NO pet are allowed in this complex or the unit.Check in at 3:00 p.m.Check out at 10:00 a.m. More details
