You will be close enough to identify your family and friends at the beach but far enough away from the outdoor pool that noise is not a problem. (In the higher level condos it is harder to identify people on the beach.) This condo is close enough to the pool, fitness center and 4th level parking that you can easily use the stairs instead of relying on the elevator. This is a center unit with large windows that make for a sunny and cheery atmosphere. Each evening you will enjoy fantastic sunsets from the large private balcony.• Living room, master bedroom and second bedroom have floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the private balcony and an unobstructed panoramic view of the West Beach of Gulf Shores.
