There's plenty to enjoy: Jet Skiing and Boating on the Lagoon; Fun and Sun at the outside pool and Relaxation by the Inside pool. Available to those with small children is a small beach on the Lagoon and near the pool for their enjoyment and your peace of mind.Other enjoyments: Shop til you Drop at the nearby Tangers Outlet, Waterville (water park and roller coaster), Mini Golf, Amusement Park rides, Dining at Lulu's(Jimmy Buffet's sister's restaurant) and other wonderful restaurants in the area. All of this within a very short drive of the condo. A 3 bedroom condo. A king bed in the Master Bedroom, a queen and twin in the middle, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. All beds have comfortable mattresses with nice count sheets which you can slide into at the end of a day of fun, sun and sand.The kitchen is fully equipped plus a new stove, and a new dishwasher has recently been installed along with updated counter and cabinets.Enjoy a lovely view of the Lagoon from the living room and from the Master Bedroom. This location offers the best of both worlds. The Gulf of Mexico, with a snow white beach, is within walking distance. If you get tired of the sand, you have a private outside pool on the Lagoon and an inside pool for days when you have had enough sun. In the late afternoon, enjoy the sunsets while grilling under the live oak trees or having a quiet or good conversation while gazing at the sunset from sitting areas or the piers.
