Beach Front 204 is a two bedroom one bath condo on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Al, just steps from the beautiful white sand beach. The condo sleeps 6 and the master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. Second bedroom has a brand new queen bed and a TV. There is also a brand new sofa with a sofa bed. The bathroom is a shower tub combination. The unit has a full sized stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. The den has new sofa and love seat with a wall mounted 42 inch flat screen TV. There is free wifi and cable. Condo is an upper unit with no one above you and covered parking on the ground floor underneath. Linens and bath towels are included, but you need to bring beach towels. Condo is walking distance to the Hang Out and other restaurants and stores located in and around the intersection of Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd which is the in the heart of Gulf Shores and home of the Hang Out Music Festival. The Beach Front complex contains only 36 units and is located in a lower density part of the beach with smaller condos and housed and less crowded than areas with high rise condo. There is a gazebo with a view of the beach and a picnic area with grills.Beach Front is a short walk, across and down the street from S and S Seafood Market that sells fresh seafood brought in daily from the gulf which you can either take home to cook, or call in and have them steam, grill or fry your choice of fresh seafood and sides and avoid the long restaurant lines on crowded weekends. Next door to S and S is an ice cream shop, Waves convenience store, and Beach House Restaurant, a locally owned and operated seafood restaurant/sports bar with a nice deck and lots of tv's for viewing what ever sport is in season. We are also close to other restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions such as Waterville Water Park, The Gulf Shores Zoo and Zooland Goofy Golf , and only a short drive from area golf courses, The Wharf Amphitheater, and the outlets shops in Foley.
