The living area, hallway, and two bathrooms have just been painted. New entry doors, baseboards, blinds, and vertical blinds have just been installed.Seaside Beach and Racquet Club offers many amenities: pools (2 beachfront outdoor, 1 heated indoor), sauna, steam room, exercise room, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and BBQ areas.There are chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach during late spring and summer months. Guest parking passes – ALL renters must purchase a parking pass ($20 per vehicle – MAX 2 vehicles. NO exceptions). Parking passes may be purchased from the management office (#2101) Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or from the security guard at the gate (after 3:00 p.m. for the first 30 minutes of each hour). A damage deposit is required and is refunded if no damage is done to condo. If any damage is done to condo, money to repair or replace damaged item(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit and remainder of deposit refunded.
