There is also a full width balcony on the second level with access through the hall so all can enjoy! The living room and all 4 bedrooms have flat screen TVs with Blu-Ray players, and the unit has free WIFI throughout. The Gulf front master suite has an amazing view of the beach, a king sized bed and a private bath. There is a bunk room with 8 built in twin sized beds and a bathroom across the hall. The 3rd bedroom has a King sized bed and the 4th has a queen. These 2 rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. There is also a full sized washer and dryer located on the second level hall. This home shares a Gulf front pool with the Summer Salt East & West homes and the duplex unit located beside it. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table located under the house along with covered parking for 4 vehicles. Everything you need to enjoy your visit is included with this property including a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room. This is a great property for family vacations, family reunions, weddings, or even a corporate retreat. It can be rented along with the adjoining duplex and two 7-bedroom houses for larger events. The Back Country Trail, part of the Gulf State Park, is perfect for walking, biking & running and is located right across the street. It's paved distance runs from Hwy 161 in Orange Beach all the way to The Peninsula Golf Course in Gulf Shores.
