Nestled right in the heart of Pensacola Beach, this newly furnished, 2 bedroom luxury condo sleeps 6. There is 1 king-sized bed, a queen bed in the guest room and a pullout queen-sized sofa. We offer both full firm thick pillows and thin softer pillows for your comfort. The master bedroom has water views of both the bay and ocean. The Master bedroom has a large en suite, with shower/tub combo and single sink. The extra vanity and pocket door provides plenty of room and privacy for two people. This room has a large HDTV, large deep closet and balcony access. Our guest room provides plenty of space and entertainment with a large HDTV, game console, and large closet. The second bathroom is located just off the guest room. The fully stocked kitchen includes a full-size stainless steal refrigerator, microwave, stove top oven, dish washer, A Keurig style coffee maker, trash disposal, double sink and plenty of counter space with an extra bar top for serving. The dining table will seat 6-8, with additional seating at the bar. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer inside our unit. The crown jewel of this condo is the 25x10 foot balcony providing plenty of room to relax. There is also a dinette table with seating for 6, and two patio chairs with a small table. The living room has a full-sized and love seat sofas with a large coffee table and 55" HDTV with Roku. With two bath towels per guest as well as beach towels, a DVD collection, a water proof Bluetooth speaker and binoculars for you to enjoy at the beach, there are plenty of added amenities for your comfort and enjoyment. The complex also features a large swimming pool, a fitness center with steam room, luggage carts and elevator access. Some of the many attractions available are: surfing, sailing, jet skies, fishing, parasailing, putt-putt golf, go carts, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, bands on the beach, the Gulf Breeze Zoo, Fort Pickens, many fun and relaxed restaurants, and if your lucky, you may even see the Blue Angels fly by! If you enjoy shopping, downtown Pensacola is only a 15 minute drive with many cute boutiques, local bars and restaurants. Outlet shopping is only an hour away.
