Whether you prefer to enjoy a cup of coffee on our large balcony, or have a little fun in the sun on the beach, come enjoy the true meaning of 'home away from home' at our relaxing beach side condo! This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in Orange Beach at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club unit 1309 is updated and fully furnished. Our condo is 960 square feet! The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances along with utensils, pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. We also have an iron and iron board. The kitchen also has dining for six.Condominium includes 3 flat screen TVs with cable and DVD players. We also have two digital alarm clocks with USB ports in each bedroom for your convenience!Both of our bedrooms have a lot of storage space!! Master bedroom has a king sized bed with balcony access. We have an end table with 2 drawers on each a side of the bed. There is also a dresser with 6 drawers and a mirror in the master. And for your convenience we also have a desk with 2 drawers for our guests to be able to manage bills from, or set up their computers at. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a smaller end table on each a side of the bed. There is also a dresser with 3 long drawers and another end table with 1 drawer. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, 2 rocker recliners, and a swivel chair. Both bedrooms and the living room also have ceiling fans along with carpet. The bathrooms have tile flooring. We have also installed blow dryers on the walls in each bathroom so that our guest won't have to bring their own. For your convenience, our unit has a stackable washer and dryer, so you won't have to do laundry when you arrive back at home! Our large balcony is covered and we have a side view of the beach. We do have a table with 4 chairs, 2 other chairs and a double glider on our balcony, so you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze. When you step out our front door you are just steps away from the club house and 2 lighted tennis courts. The indoor saltwater heated pool, steam room, sauna, and fitness room are also located in the club house. On your short walk to the beach, you will come across the barbecue pits, shuffle board, and the 2 outdoor pools. For your convenience, 2 luggage carts are located under the stairs right next to the elevators. Please remember to put them back for the next guest to use.
