The living room offers a comfortable sofa and chair, recliner, and a swivel rocker for your enjoyment watching the 55" flatscreen TV or DVD player.Seating is available for 6 easily, along with the nearby dining room chairs available for extra seating. The unit is equipped with wireless internet.Floor to ceiling patio window allow for breathtaking views of the Gulf or sit on your 12x24' balcony to watch the waves and soak up some sun. The balcony comes with 2 lounge chairs, 2 rockers with table between, and a table for 6 or more. Find your favorite chair, bucket, shovel, etc. for the beach in the balcony closet.The facility itself offers an indoor pool with hot tub, work out room, and sauna all located just a few steps from the 2 unit elevators. A plus for the our friends from the North during the Cold winter months.Outside there is a lighted tennis court, a large pool on the beach side with adjacent kiddie pool. All only a few steps from the pristine white sand beach and Gulf water.The unit was updated recently with new bedding, floors and furniture. If you need something we have overlooked, let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Once you make your reservation, we'll give you the "quick" way to get here to avoid some of the traffic. We do require you to be 27 or older to rent this unit.There are restaurants, grocery and retail stores within walking distance or very close driving. The Foley Tanger Outlet Mall sports many, many name brand stores and shouldn't be missed. The kids will love the huge water park, the zoo or the ziplines in Gulf Shores.A short drive to Mobile offers sites to see such as: The WWII (USS Alabama) Battleship, the submarine "Drum", the new Maritime Museum with interactive events, the IMAX Explorium, and Bellingrath Home and Gardens.We have left you a book of places to go and see, restaurants, etc. to help you with maximum enjoyment.
