A lovely condo just a hop skip and a jump from the beach and local restaurants and bars. Relax and sunbathe by the community pool, stroll across the road via the beach access to the beach or enjoy a beach breeze and a view of The Gulf on our beautiful sun deck.We are within a few minutes of some of our towns best local bars and restaurants and just 1 mile from Hangout Fest!If you book for 7 nights, you get the 7th night free!!! Our condo has full amenities including a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, plates, glasses, coffee pot, blender, saucepans, so you can cook for yourselves and eat out on the porch or have a BBQ on the community grills. There is a TV in the living area and bedroom with cable. We have 2 queen size beds in the large bedroom that can accommodate 4 people and a sleeper couch in the living room that sleeps 2 comfortably. We have 2 assigned covered parking spaces and additional parking is available in the guest parking area and we are located on the 2nd floor of the building.
