Only 4 miles from the beach, and only 4 miles from the Tanger Outlet, and the soon to be opening OWA Amusement Park and Resort, due to open in May '17. Our condo is located in a very nice family oriented complex, and our unit is on the backside of the property, a very nice and quiet location! This is a newly purchased 3-bedroom 2-bath downstairs unit, completely renovated and fully furnished with all new furniture and decor. 1300 SF of spacious and comfortable rooms for you! ... Give us a try, we know you will be very happy you stayed with us. Colony Club has a very nice pool and pool area for you to enjoy with brand new outdoor furniture for 2017. The club house is located in the fenced in area of the pool and includes a nice work out facility with plenty of fitness machines for your enjoyment. Feel free to walk around the beautiful complex and enjoy the nice landscaping and ponds throughout the grounds. You might be lucky enough to see some wildlife passing thru, as Colony Club is known for being home to a few ducks! :-) The "Little Zoo That Could" Gulf Shores zoo will soon be re-located just half a mile down Oak Road and behind Colony Club. We are only a half mile just north of the Pelican Place Shopping Center that includes Target, Publix Grocery Store, Bed Bath & Beyond, Books-a-Million and the Cobb Movie Theaters, and includes many other shopping stores and restaurants. The Race Track and Recreation Center is only about a mile and a half south from us. You can't go wrong with choosing this location! :-)
