Our 6th floor Romar House (on the gulf coast beach) condo provides a lot of space and at 1680 SF is often 200-400 SF larger than other 3 bedrooms in the area. We have a roomy kitchen with huge island, spacious dining area, big living area, and bedrooms that are not just wall to wall beds - there is actually space to comfortably walk around! The 2 bedrooms that share a full bath also each have a sink in the bedroom which is quite handy. Our large balcony has a private feeling compared to most - this was the primary reason we chose to purchase this unit compared to other often more expensive options. The master bedroom has 2 walls with glass for remarkable views. We have a covered dedicated parking space with ground level storage that holds beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and other beach stuff for our guests - you won't need to rent chairs ($25/day for 2!!!), haul items down to the beach and later back up to the condo each day. Romar House includes a wonderful boardwalk on the beach, outdoor heated pools, tennis courts, exercise room, and sauna all within a private gated area.Finally, you'll be dealing with an owner who cares and will do his best to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
