Watch the sunrise in the mornings and the sunset in the evenings as you listen to the peaceful sounds of the gulf from our spacious beach front balcony. Our unit is comfortably decorated with new furnishings throughout. There is a large 47' flat screen LED/LCD TV with Blueray DVD player in the living room for those nights you want to stay in and watch your favorite shows, sporting events or movies with family and friends. There is also a IPhone/IPOD docking station for our music lovers. We have stocked the unit with a nice variety of movies and board games for your enjoyment. The living room also has a top of the line sleeper sofa made by American Leather that has a foam mattress. It actually feels like a 'real bed'; not that typical bar in your back sleeper. The dinning room comfortably seats six and there are two bar stools at the granite bar nearby for additional seating. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the conveniences of home. We have done our very best to provide everything you could want or need to prepare your favorite meal, frozen drink and/or coffee. In addition to the standard coffee maker, we have provided a Keurig coffee maker for those people who love their flavored coffees to get their day started. There is also Ninja Mixer to make those perfect beach side frozen drinks, smoothies and/or milk shakes for everyone to enjoy. We also have provided a slow cooker so you can have dinner cooking while you are at the beach.There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 Adults and 2 Children. The master bedroom has a brand new top of the line Serta I-Comfort Cool Gel Foam mattress with down alternative pillows and soft blanket. You will have a wonderful nights sleep to be ready for your day at the beach. There is also a 32' flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. The master has sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. If you choose, have breakfast in bed while enjoying the beautiful views of the gulf from the large sliding glass door windows. The master on-suite has a large granite vanity with double sinks and a custome tile shower with rain showerhead and handheld showerhead for that spa like feel. The two guest rooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses as well. Each bedroom has its own 32' flat screen TV. There is a king mattress in one room and two queen beds in the other.Our Condo is located close to grocery shopping, wonderful restaurants, amusement parks, souvenier shopping, walking/bike trails in the State Park, and boat launches for boating in the bay and/or gulf.Phoenix 6 complex offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, an indoor hot tub, sauna, well equipped exercise facility, grills by the beach and pool, covered pavilion, raquet ball and tennis/basketball courts.
