Seating for seven includes two cushioned club chairs, a love seat, and three rocking chairs. A coffee table with exterior lamps make this the perfect place to unwind at night. Down the flight of stairs is the stone patio, just steps away from the water. Seating surrounds the fire pit. An outdoor shower is located here with hot and cold water. The second level is the heart of the home. The fully stocked 'cook’s kitchen' has everything you need to create a memorable meal. Granite counter tops, new appliances, and track lighting make this kitchen a dream in which to cook. The round glass table can seat eight, with additional seating at the bar. Designer tableware, glasses, and serving dishes help to create a beautiful setting. The living room, right next to the kitchen, is part of the open floor plan. Plush chairs and sofas, along with a flat screen TV offer a place for guests to relax before and after dinner. A full wall of floor to ceiling windows provides views of the Cotton Bayou. A second covered porch offers more outdoor space and views of the bayou; cozy furniture provides the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets and dolphins.
