I live and work along the backdrop of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and this condominium is directly on the beach! Our new 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 7 comfortably and is ideal for families and larger groups that need more space than most traditional 2-bedrooms offer. Many of the furnishings are from Pottery Barn including the dining table and chairs, many linens, etc. Updates in December 2016: New Mattresses in MBR and Back Bedroom! New Carpeting and updated chaise lounger and balcony furniture (the good kind)! New Rocker Recliner and swivel chair. Our condo has a fully loaded kitchen with spices, gadgetry for high end cooks, and other great things that are designed to save you money. From beach towels to beach chairs, cleaners, condiments, etc., our condo has it all. In the end, it will save you a great deal of money and packing time and space. We allow you to use our outdoor owners closet to store items, and use our beach chairs, toys and Umbrellas! Hooks where you need them, thoughtfully designed and a great large space that really will work for your trip and family. Our living room comfortably seats a crowd.Many pictures look great on the internet because they are taken when the condo just was furnished, and the palm tree looks so inviting, but you get there and the palm frond in the back of your head doesn't really work for you. If comfort is your guiding philosophy in your search for a rental on the beach, and you don't want to sit on a wicker piece of furniture, look no more, you have found your condo. We have thought of everything a family would need on vacation--from DVDs' to beach toys, to a full high chair. We give our guests a key to the large outdoor owners closet and it is stocked with goodies for you to use while you are here. Find out why our renters call us and search us out each year. After pulling this condo from a major rental program, prior renters looked for us and found us. We also live in the area and our units are cleaned and maintained to a much higher standard than most.
