Sanctuary House at Orange Beach ...is the epitome of what a vacation house should be. This is your romantic or memorable beach escape vacation house. Perfect for a couple, or 2 or 3 couples, girls getaway, or some folks wanting to fish! We just refurbished it and its' brand new on the rental market!! Minutes to the beach, less than minutes to the bay!! Every single chair, couch, pillow case, mattress, sheet, appliance etc...is BRAND NEW! decor is comfy coastal with a beachy elegance. Custom upholstered furniture and fixtures with loads of lovely home accents. This vacation home is not recommended for small children. It has parking for your vehicle and your boat. The house is 1500 sq ft, solid wood floors, casual and formal dining areas, a breakfast/cocktail bar with stools, 3 nice bedrooms, the master suite has an ensuite bath. Linens and towels are luxurious, with 400 min thread count on sheets. All bedrooms have one queen size bed each, a dresser, plenty of closet space and hangers (I cant stand when we've rented houses and there aren't any hangers) and luggage racks for your convenience. Both bathrooms have showers, no tubs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook, entertain, and relax. Additional serve and bar ware are also provided for your use inside and out by your own private pool. There is a Brand New washer and dryer for your convenience. We have a Weber charcoal grill in the pool house patio area, tons of tables and chairs, sun or shade, for easy afternoons by your pool grillin...or just chillin. We have provided pool towels in the pool area for your use. The pool is huge, sparkling, private, and perfect for floating around and enjoying your vacation! We have an awesome giant outdoor shower that is privacy fenced with a rain shower head, you may never shower inside again! There are several great waterfront bars and restaurants within walking/ biking distance... So bring your bikes! Marinas and boat launches are plentiful and several are less than a mile from your house. For those of you who need a movie night...we have a 46 inch flat screen in the living room with an extended cable package that includes movie and music channels. Free Wi-Fi is provided for you also.
