We do not utilize the "Book Now" option through VRBO as we directly quote and book your reservation at our condos. Please call us directly at 270-999-5140 to reserve. You'll want to take a few moments to view our condo and all of the amenities the Lighthouse complex will offer you ! Our unit is 1004 and you'll enjoy an expansive balcony with quality Adirondack chairs and tables for dining and relaxing by. It has a three bedrooms : a king master bedroom with walk-out access to the balcony plus two other king bedrooms. Each bedroom is tiled, has a television with dvd player and a ceiling fan. The bedrooms have their own bathroom . The master bathroom has a separate double vanity dressing area with large walk-in closet, a corner shower plus a Jacuzzi tub. The living/dining /kitchen has an open floor plan with awesome views of the beach. The living room has a brand new couch ( with sleeper sofa) and multiple chairs for conversations for family & friends . There is a wall-mount tv and dvd player in this room as well. The dining area offers seating for six with two additional seats at the counter. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters. It is well-supplied with small appliances and cookware for your meals in. There is a large separate laundry room in our condo for your convenience . The Lighthouse itself it centrally located and is a short walk to several restaurants and shops. The complex has three pools: a zero entry with spray jets to 5 foot depth, a 3 up to 5 foot depth and an indoor heated pool with a 3 up to 5 foot depth. There are two large ( around seating for 16 people each) hot tubs near each corner of the exterior pool deck. There is a large fitness center with several treadmill, elliptical and bikes plus weight equipment . There is a separate bathroom facility located here as well as the sauna. The beach is accessible by the three boardwalks and you are steps away from the beach. There is a beach service with rentable cushioned chaise lounges and umbrellas available. You are welcome to bring your own chairs/umbrellas and tents otherwise. There are also volleyball nets available for use at the beach . Next the pool bathrooms the Lighthouse allows you to store your tents, has an ice machine and an air machine for inflatables. The east side of has several bbq grills available for use. You have three levels of parking ( anywhere you wish) and four elevators in the building. There is also securable parking for your bicycles. Lighthouse is located SO CLOSE to several restaurants ( including The Hangout and Sea & Suds) that you'll be in love with the location ! Our complex also has on-site security and the beach are patrolled by the police in ATV's. We have recently acquired this unit and we have plans for cosmetic renovations ( painting) and furniture upgrades including a new sleeper sofa and having three king beds in place the fall of 2016.
