If you are looking for a unique vacation, our condo will provide a ticket to the most relaxing, picturesque, amenities-packed resort Gulf Shores and Orange Beach has to offer. Our spacious condo is in the C (middle) building and is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath sleeping 10, with king bed and full sleeper sofa in the Master. The large Master bath has double sinks, hairdryer, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and large walk-in closet. Master bedroom is 336 sq ft. The Guest Bedroom has a king, and there are 2 queen sleepers in the living room. The 337 ft private balcony overlooks the bay and one of 3 outdoor pools and is accessed from the master bedroom and the living room. There are 9-foot ceilings throughout with floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, wet bar, wine cooler, ice maker, and full-size washer and dryer. The square footage of condo is 1682 and is tiled throughout. Our condo is well-stocked with everything you will need for those eating-in days, has plenty of seating inside and on the balcony, and offers luxurious bedding. There is a 60" SmartTV in the living area as well as wet bar with ice machine and wine cooler. 24-hour security on the property will assure your family a safe and fun-filled vacation. We are partnering with on-site Caribe Realty to make your vacation perfect and hassle-free. You will have the advantage of working with owners to book and ask questions but will still have access to all amenities at no additional cost plus on-site housekeeping, maintenance and front desk services. Your keys will be available at the front desk upon arrival; no need to travel to a different location. This is a new purchase for us, and we completely redecorated the unit. Contact us for your preferred dates, we'll reserve those dates and have Caribe Realty contact you directly for payment. Renting through Caribe Realty is the only way to ensure that you will have full access to all amenities at no additional cost and have on-site maintenance, housekeeping and front desk services available to you.This is a non-smoking unit and all occupants must be 25 years old or a family unit. ID will be required at check-in. No house parties. Pets are not allowed. $125 cleaning fee will be collected. Parking for 2 cars included. $50 processing fee by Caribe Realty will apply. 25% of total amount due at booking; remainder due at arrival. A credit card must be on-file with the front desk.
