The balcony is furnished with a table and 6 chairs and 2 Upholstered Chairs with Ottomans for enjoying your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while enjoying the gorgeous views There is also a reserved parking space on the first floor.The Living Room is furnished with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, 42' High Definition LCD Flat Screen TV, Bluray, and Stereo. There is a separate wet bar with a sink and Ice Maker. The Dining Room has a table with seating for 6 and a Breakfast Bar with Bar Stools. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite Counter Tops. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.The Master Bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King Size Bed, TV, DVD, and VCR. The sliding glass door open onto the spacious beach front balcony where you can wake to the sound of Waves on the Shoreline. There is a large walk in closet, private bath with double vanities, whirlpool tub, and a seperate glass enclosed shower.The Guest Bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable King Size Bed, TV, DVD, and VCR. This bedroom also has a private bathroom and linen closet.There is an additional 1/2 Bath for Drop in Guests.All linens are provided.
