This two-bedroom, two-bath, 1200 square foot vacation home has a king-size bed in the master bedroom, and a guest bedroom containing two full-size beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player. In the living room, you can unwind in front of a brand new 65” flat screen TV. Cable and Wi-Fi are provided. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated. The master bath has a walk in shower, and our second bath has a tub/shower combination, perfect for relaxing. The renovated kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy breathtaking views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom, or sit outside on the balcony with a tasty beverage. The Breakers low density building and excellent location make it a favorite with many return guests. Nothing separates you and the beautiful clear waters of the Gulf except the sugar white sand. The pool is situated by the Gulf front to provide guests with the perfect place to relax, unwind, take in the sun and capture exceptional views.
