This gulf-front, ocean-view condo is elegantly appointed waiting for you to arrive for your perfect beach vacation. The master suite has a king bed, large vanity in bath with shower in the tub. The master is located on the opposite side of the condo from the other two bedrooms for privacy during your visit. There is access to the balcony from the master so you can open the large sliding doors and hear the surf all night. There are flat screen televisions in each of the three bedrooms as well as the living room, which also has a DVD player. One bedroom on the opposite side of the condo has two queen-sized beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a full wall of glass to the balcony for a spectacular view of the ocean. The living room has a sofa, Rocker-Recliner, large overstuffed chair with hassock, and another cushioned chair, a credenza with television, VCR, and games. The dining area will seat six-eight comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with garbage disposal, ice maker, dishwasher, several sets of dishes and glasses for any occasion, with every small appliance one would need (coffee pot, slow cooker, toaster, etc.). There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Garbage can be deposited in the slot on the same floor as the condo, so no need to haul garbage down the elevator to the main floor. Enjoy a drink on the balcony as the sun sets on the sea or have coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise on the glistening gulf. The view is unbelievable!!!
