Our three bedroom unit provides the ultimate vacation experience. This beautifully appointed condo is an eighth floor corner unit with a wrap-around balcony that lets you see the white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We also have a view of our gulf side pool and beautifully landscaped grounds. There are several picnic areas with grills on the property along with tennis courts, an exercise room, two outdoor pools, shuffleboard and a gazebo. The indoor pool offers changing rooms with walk-in showers as well as a sauna and steam room. The condo has 3 cable TV's, 2 VCR players, and free Wi-Fi Internet service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the condo was newly painted for 2016. Our goal is to offer you the absolute best value in direct Gulf front accommodations. We provide all initial paper products, spices, sugar, tea, coffee filters, cleaning products, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags. Gone are commissions, processing fees, and other type of fees that the larger property management firms charge. We have customer loyalty and a can-do attitude which will stop at nothing to assure that you have the best vacation. You can drink your coffee in the morning on the balcony and watch the sunrise. The sleeping configuration consists of one king in the master bedroom; one queen in one of our guest bedrooms: one queen sofa sleeper in the living room;:and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower off the master bedroom and a second bathroom in the hallway by the two bedrooms. Kids love our complex because there is both the beach and a nice grass area to play on which most condo complexes lack. With both indoor and outdoor pools; a tennis court; sand volleyball; and Adventure Land right across the street there is enough to keep all ages entertained. Our complex also offers a meeting room with a full kitchen for family reunions, wedding receptions, and special business get-togethers for a small fee. We see many weddings taking place each year from our balcony.
