This Lovely condominium over looks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the cool refreshing water of the pool at the Phoenix I Condominuim complex. Everyone talks about the fantastic view of the ocean and of Orange Beach from the balcony. At our unit 1117 we have a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Unlike other units, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, so you don't have to share. There are a lot of amenities at the Phoneix I complex. There is a Kiddy pool with a mushroom waterfall for the smaller ones. Raquetball and tennis are onsite. Phoenix 1 also has 2 hot tubs. There is tile in 75% of the unit. Our unit has a full kitchen.
