This is a fabulous condo and great for a family vacation! We are located in the middle of Gulf Shores on West Beach Blvd, approximately 2 blocks from the 'T' (Hwy 59 & West Hwy 182). The Southwinds complex is directly across the street from the Gulf Shores West Public beach. We have an unobstructed view of the beautiful white sandy beach. You can not get a better location to enjoy happenings at the beach in Gulf Shores! Our condo is a 2br townhouse and decorated with a bright, cottage family feel. The sleeping capacity is six (6) . This condo is spacious with plenty of room for your family to stretch out and relax! Although we do love pets, this unit is a no pets, no smoking unit. We have all the amenities you need for a great stay. There is a full, complete kitchen along with a washer and dryer in the in-unit laundry room. For quick meals and conversation the kitchen has a large counter with plenty of seating. Our living room has newly installed wood grain flooring and plenty of sitting room for everyone. It contains a brightly colored queen sleeper sofa, large chair with ottoman, comfie white wicker rocker, a wall mounted 40' flat screen tv with dvd along with a table and chairs that expands to seat four for dinner or games. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom is luxuriously decorated with a tropical palm theme with a queen bed and white wicker bench seating. It contains a 32' flat screen TV and DVD player. The spacious 2nd bedroom contains a comfortable full bed along with a movable 32' TV. We provide free wifi and covered parking for two (2) cars. When you want a break from the beach there is an on-site pool. Shopping and restaurants are close by and in easy walking distance. Once at the condo you won't need to move your car! What shopping and restaurants? Shop around the 'T' for fudge, ice cream, souvenirs, bathing suits, shorts, t-shirts, beach towels... Want different exercise? Rent a bike, kayak and explore the bay, fish at the public fishing area or exercise your imagination on the deck with a great view of the beach. We have a patio height deck table with umbrella and seating for four on the large front deck. Within a mile of Southwinds you can visit the water park - Waterville... an amusement center (The Track).... Gulf Shores Zoo.... Or one of the area spas in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
