Pull your cars into the first floor 2 car garage from the parking lot (additional parking available in lot directly in front of townhouse). You can walk straight out the garage to the beautiful white sands and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Or take the elevator or stairs to the Second Floor. On the 2nd Floor, you'll find the first bedroom with a queen bed along with a foldout twin bed. This level also has a custom full bath with a two person walk-in tile and glass shower. From the foyer off the elevator you walk into the spacious; fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. The Kitchen is one of many highlights in this home with its rich custom maple cabinetry, granite counters,and separate bar area -it is equiped with the latest stainless appliances and accessories to prepare simple or gourmet meals for your family and guests. Whether you're drinking coffee in the morning or preparing dinner in the evening you have gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. From the living room with its panoramic gulf view step out onto your private deck. Umbrella, chairs and lounge chairs await you. You can take steps down from deck and walk straight out to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. From the kitchen level, continue taking the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd Floor where you will find the master bedroom suite and sitting area with its elegant master bath which has a beautiful jetted tub and walk in shower. Both with balconies on the bayside.When the sun goes down, and after you've enjoyed a cookout on the deck, there are entertainment options in almost every room! 52' Samsung Surround Sound Home Theater in the living room - and flat screen TVs and DVD in 3 other bedrooms. Direct High Speed Cable hookups available for your computers in the kitchen and master bedroom as well as Wireless throughout the unit.
