Like home on the Gulf ! So cozy I bought it! Also available for rent during the year when we are not there. Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath on 15 foot piers with ceramic tile, large living/dining room opening up to the beach-view balcony, large open/fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer, central air/heat, wireless internet, (1 ) large HD Flat Screen TV and (2 ) more HD flat screen TV's with Direct TV Premium cable pkg. in each of the br's, large Master Bedroom (king bed) with Master Bath and walk-in closet, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom with private entrance's and a 2nd bath. Just bring clothes, toothbrush & food, beach supplies, etc. In the middle of everything but quiet enough to relax and enjoy the great gulf view ! Near Hwy 59 and Beach Rd. which is called the 'T', near the Hangout and where all of the shops, restaurants and other activities. Across from ' Bill's by the Beach ' - an excellent casual-fine dining restaurant over looking the beach ! Pet welcome with private, fenced pet run leading up to the wrap-a-round balcony. Waffled Rails and Gates. Plenty of parking w/ 2 under the cottage along with an Outside shower, picnic table, charcoal grill and porch swing.
