We offer one of the best views in Gulf Shores since the unit is on the 21st floor making it completely private and above surrounding buildings. There are only three units per floor and afford private balconies. The beach and the gulf stretch as far as the eye can see and the sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed. Sometimes at night the moon is so close, you can almost reach out and touch it. On a clear night, you can actually see the lights of Mobile. This east facing unit also means you are not battling the hot afternoon sun in the unit when you come in from the beach. The view is absolutely breathtaking - pictures cannot do it justice no matter how picturesque they may seem. The nine foot ceilings, open floor plan and floor to ceiling windows create a spacious living quarters that make you feel that you are always on the water. Although the granite counter tops, wall designs and faux master bedroom walls surround you with quality, the condo is a comfortable,fun, peaceful and relaxing environment - just like home! The common area offers a family-size dining room table with six chairs, a separate seating quarters with sleeper sofa and chairs, complete with a 50' flatscreen TV, and blue ray perfect for entertainment - all of course amidst the spectacular views! This unit has a huge gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, european cabinets, large granite bar and a unique glass tile backsplash. The unit offers three bedrooms and three full baths. Ceramic tile is throughout the unit. There are two large balconies - gulf front and beach views. Both are furnished for dining outdoors or just watching the sunset.The gulf front master bedroom has a king-size bed, faux finished walls, an inviting master bath with Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower complete with a massage shower head. The huge walk in closet has ample room for your clothes regardless if you are staying a week or a month, flat screen TV, blue ray, ceiling fan, a fantastic beach view through the gulf front wall of windows with sliding glass door to the large balcony.The two guest bedrooms have sliding glass doors (floor to ceiling) to the beach side.The front bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private bath, flat screen TV, blue ray, and ceiling fan. There are clouds stenciled on the ceiling of the bath.The middle bedroom is decorated with a surf board wall covering, has two twin beds which are great for kids, flatscreen TV with built-in DVD, ceiling fan and a full bathroom across the hall. There is a also a full sleeper sofa located in the family room. The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board. Island tower is set up for families to enjoy with an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, a new barbecue grill area with gliders, exercise room overlooking the beach and gulf. In addition, families are offered beach services where you can rent umbrellas and beach lounges by the day or week. The covered parking is also a plus.Island Tower is located on West Beach Boulevard just a half mile West of Highway 59. Quality restaurants, entertainment, shopping and a variety of activities are within walking distance or nearby.
