This beautiful, beach house completed in April of 2011 is located right on Pensacola Beach Sound and has its own private beach. The Gulf is also within just a short walk. The central location of the house allows you to easily walk to restaurants, shopping or a night out for adults at nearby bars and clubs. The house has a little less than 2000 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It also has a bunk room with triple bunk beds and an office with a single futon bed in it. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an adjoining bath with a large tub, double sinks and separate shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with twin beds. There are 5 flat screen TVs , one for each bedroom and a large 50' TV in the living area with a DVR player.. Relax on the deck adjoining the master bedroom with coffee in the morning or drinks with family or friends in the afternoon while watching the sunset. There is a deck also on the first level and a large deck on the ground level. All decks have beautiful sunset views. There is a beach butler cargo lift which goes to both levels and is operated by a remote. It is wonderful for luggage and groceries but is not meant for people. We added another refrigerator in the bunk room. We have also added a boat dock and boat lift this summer (2012) - a really great addition!
