Welcome to our family-friendly, two-bedroom, two-bath condo at Three C's, a 12-unit complex built in 2004. You will enjoy a pool, outside shower, and a reserved parking space. The sugar-white Gulf Shores beaches are just across the street, with beach access via a wooden walkway with sitting area and additional parking one block away on West 13th Street. In this unit, you will enjoy all of the comforts of home: cozy, casual furniture; a touch of beach decor; tile floors in the common area and bathrooms; Berber carpet in both bedrooms; a DVD Library with 3 TV's and DVD players; free Wireless internet; an open layout with living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen (includes Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee-maker, Bagel Toaster, Juicer, Blender, and Ice Cream Freezer) with bar and bar stools; two full-size bathrooms with spacious vanities in both baths. We are considerate of all our guests, including those with allergies--this is a pet-free and smoke-free unit. From the balcony, you can watch the sun set or view the beach and Gulf of Mexico to the south and the Little Lagoon Bay to the north. Enjoy a cook-out at the picnic table/grill area located at the south end of the complex. We are minutes away from many boutiques and souvenir shops; Scoops Ice Cream Shop; The Wharf (shopping, dining, live concerts); Lulu's (Jimmy Buffet's sister's restaurant featured in Southern Living); Sea and Suds, a local favorite with Para-Sailing on the beach below; The Hangout-newly renovated on the beach; Bahama Bob's-another local favorite just a short distance away; a new Tacky Jacks; The Original Oyster House; King Neptune's (featured in Coastal Living); Papa Rocco's (People's Choice Best Pizza in 2010 and Best Raw Oysters for eight years in a row); dolphin cruises; WaterVille USA; the Tanger Outlet Mall and Wolf Bay Lodge about 8 miles away in Foley, and (a few more minutes away) the Pensacola Naval Air Station and Museum--home of the Blue Angels. Pier 33 is close-by for last-minute purchases when you don't want to drive far; Walmart is nearby and lots of souvenier shops, too. There is something for everybody to do; or best of all, just kick back and enjoy the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. Life really is 'better at the beach'! Cleaning Service fee is $70 for under 30 days---$100 for 30 days or longer. Fully refundable Damage Deposit is $150 ---$350 for rentals 30 days or longer. Our complex is home to retired couples and occupied frequently by young families who cherish the quiet, peaceful atmosphere, so it is not a place for anybody coming to the area to drink, party, or cause any disturbances. Owners keep a close watch on things for each other, and there are fines for rules violations. We respectfully reserve rentals only to anyone over the age of 25. For special events with large crowds such as spring break, music festivals, concerts, etc. we request that parents or two responsible adults accompany anyone under age 25 for the safety and security of everyone.Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.Please do not hesitate to call or email us any time with questions or comments!
