Not your average rental, our home is newly decorated with a classy and contemporary beach casual style. Escape to your own private paradise since every bedroom has access to its own decks. There are 4 bedrooms: two of which are master suites! One master suite has a king, and the other a queen bed with its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is a 'kids room' with queen, full bunk bottom, and single bunk top beds - enough for 5 kids max in this room alone. The 4th bedroom is small and cozy, with its own balcony and closet - perfect for the lone single adult/teen who wants a bit of privacy. There is a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer for renters. We know how wet/dirty clothes can pile up on a beach vacation. The house is fully equipped for families to relax and enjoy a home away from home. New stainless steel kitchen suite has top of the line WHIRLPOOL GOLD brand matching stainless steel appliances. There is a fridge ice-maker, and water filter for sparkling cold water. The counter-tops are fully new granite. The gourmet chef of the party knows that our fast convection oven cooking can prepare a full meal in no time. Even equipped with a warming mode, it is a true joy for the hungry vacationer. All matching appliances - easy on the eye and a pleasure for cooks. Enjoy your morning coffee off the dining room balcony with a sunrise lagoon water-view enhanced by the sounds and smells of the beach; or stroll to the private sub-division dock to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The 5 amazing decks makes it a pleasure to laze the afternoon watching the lowering sun, or just people-watching the neighboring vacationers. There is a clean and private community pool with umbrellas and chairs just steps away. Floats are provided in the front door closet for guests. Maybe you will choose a swim in the surf, sunbathe on the sandy beaches, or take a slow walk searching for beach treasures. The beach has a boardwalk entrance over the dunes, with a outdoor shower right there for afterwards. Try fishing, crabbing, canoeing, or kayaking from the sub-division pier steps away from our house. Kids particularly love the abundant crabs, plentiful fish or occasional shrimp caught off the pier. A state park is just three blocks west where the fishermen gather at sunrise and fish until their coolers are full. The spot under the bridge (called the 'Pass') is especially favorable for angling. Ask locals for the latest hot-spot and best bait reports.Few homes in the area offer the luxury and ambiance for this price. Adults can eat or relax on the many decks and balconies, while children play or watch TV. Everyone can get together for meals, play games, or watch a movie in the combined kitchen and living great room. Or you may choose to dine on the covered deck off the kitchen. Fully equipped tasteful furnishings, and all tile floors provide clean contemporary living to enhance every moment you spend indoors. But on sunny days, activities abound just steps from the house in every direction.The floor plan is perfectly designed for two families on vacation (2 couples with kids). Also popular, are older retired couples that use the house for themselves during winter. This is our dream beach house and can be yours. We picked this house because it is located on the west side of Gulf Shores - quiet streets safe for bike riding, children playing, or slow strolls. And yet, it's a 2 minute drive to the busy shopping centers, restaurants, and tourist spots that families seek as a change of pace to the beach or rainy day. The memories we have will last a lifetime, and we want to share this wonderful experience with your families. We value responsible adults who share the same family values. The house sustained routine damage when rented out by the Big Box rental companies. Under our direct care, damage is almost non-existent. We screen and seek adult renters who want maximal enjoyment and appreciate all our fine house offers. ATTENTION: partyers, alcoholics, druggies, habitual damage to rentals - are not welcomed. We don't need your money, and don't welcome your type. If you try to sneak by the book our house, we will evict you and come after you in court. Don't try it.
