We enjoy our unit overlooking the pool so we can watch the swimmers, and easily call them up for meal times. You can even sunbathe from the large balcony. The table on the balcony seats 4-6. We leave our crab trap, nets, 2 beach chairs, and beach toys in the closet for our guests to use. Bring your bikes and enjoy the gulf breezes as you ride on the scenic beach road, or through the safe neighborhood along the lagoon, then safely lock them in the bike rack downstairs. You can go fishing from the pier or out in the shallow lagoon as your family enjoys boating or watching you from the pool or sand beach. Jet skis and kayaks are popular in the clean lagoon, and you can even park them in our parking lot.You will have a fully equipped kitchen.
