Welcome to our Beachfront Condo!! This is the best location for your next beach vacation! HUGE Pools (Indoor & Outdoor) + right on the amazing white sand beach! Walk to a number of restaurants on the beach! We are located on the 14th floor looking directly out at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The captivating view of the Gulf will catch your eye as soon as you walk through the door of our condo.The main living area features a brand new 60” flat screen TV as well as new carpet installed in May of 2014. There is a full size sleeper sofa and a matching loveseat. You and your family will enjoy the light and airy summer cottage type decorating style featured throughout the condo. The kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops and white cabinets. Our kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and kitchenware. The kitchen opens to the dining area and main living area. There are four bar stools at the bar. * Our condo comes with free WIFI service. In the master bedroom, you will also find the stunning floor to ceiling glass doors (just like in the main living area) that connect you to the large balcony. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a sea grass headboard and white Pottery Barn linens as well as accents of blue. In addition, there is a new 40” flat screen TV in the master. The master bath features a large double vanity, a separate glass shower, as well as a large oval Jacuzzi bathtub. Also there is a spacious walk in closet in the master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized shabby chic style bed and dresser fitting perfectly with the summer cottage décor. There is also a TV in this bedroom as well. The 2nd bath opens to this bedroom and this bathroom has a tub and shower combination. As you walk through the front door of the condo, you will find the bunk room on your left. The bunk room features custom built in white twin bunk beds and colorful Pottery Barn Bedding. Next to the bunk room is a spacious walk in Laundry Room with a full sized washer and dryer. We have stocked some beach toys for the kids along with a couple beach chairs.The Lighthouse Condominium complex has 4 high speed elevators and this unit is very close to the west elevator. There are two large outdoor pools (one of which is zero entry pool which the kids will love!) There are also two outdoor hot tubs. An indoor pool is heated and is perfect for those cooler days. A fully equipped workout facility is located adjacent to the indoor pool. A sauna is connected to the workout room. For those who like to grill out there are grills provided in a designated grilling area. There are many activities in Gulf Shores away from the beach. The Tanger Outlet mall is located just north on 59 in Foley. The kids always love a day at the local water park -Waterville USA. Several wonderful golf courses are in close proximity; Craft farms, Gulf Shores Country Club, Peninsula, Kiva Dunes.Dining options are plentiful. Enjoy a walk on the beach to eat at nearby Sea N Suds as well as The Hangout. Some of our other favorite restaurants that are close by include Cosmo's, Lulu's, Billy's by the Beach, Cobalt, and The Gulf.
