This is a great home for a family and friends. Kitchen has washer, dryer, ice maker and island. Master bedroom has adjoining bath with jetted tub. Additional two bedrooms are located on other side of living room with a bath between them. There is a deck on the front of the house with a screened porch also. Sun chairs provided for the deck and beach chairs. Downstrairs is a covered parking area and swing outside. The game room has a ping pong table, TV, DVD player, queen sofa sleeper and sleep bench. There is a half bath across the breezeway and a hot and cold, outdoor, enclosed shower. It is a great place for the family to enjoy when taking a break from the beach or on a rainy day. The game room is not connected to the main living area. It must be accessed from outside. Teenagers really enjoy this area, you may only see them at meal time!!!!! A restaurant is within walking distance along with grocery and beverage store. No pets or smoking in the house and encourage you to leave pets at home, there is a leash law for the beach. SLEEPS 6- upstairs. Sleeper bench and sleeper sofa in downstairs game room, but this room is accessed from outside stairs. It is not connected to the main living area upstairs. Person who signs contract must be at least 26 years of age, present during the rental period and agrees to provide copy of drivers license for proof of age if requested by home owner.
