We do not rent to students or their parents for spring break. Minimum age is 25. On the gulf you will be delighted with the wide, white, private sandy beach. In addition to the beautiful beaches, we offer a covered Gazebo on the beach just for guest of Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club. Wonderful view of Gulf/Beach from your condo.On the lagoon side of the resort you will be thrilled with the boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips. Bring your fishing gear for fishing off the pier or in your boat, canoe, kayak, or Jet Ski. Want some exercise? Try our two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits and more. In addition, on the Lagoon side is a large pool with a rock waterfall with beautiful landscaping, lush palm trees, flowers and many places to sit and soak up the sun or shade under the palm trees. The children's pool is steps away. Close by is an adult hot tub. Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling by the sunset. This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath, recently remodeled condo has everything new: furniture, appliances, house wares, AC unit and more. The unit has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Large bath with extra room for storage of personal toiletries. Tile flooring throughout condo.The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you would ever need on vacation. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, flat screen cable TV, CD player and a DVD plus your own personal secure Wi-Fi network. Within 3-10 miles you will find endless restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, and full city recreation park with racquetball courts, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts and full gym and weight room, (Just a note about Privacy…most of the one bedroom condos do not have a door. The bedroom is separated from the living room area by the kitchen and short hallway.)The entire front of the condo is a glass front allowing you a full view of the ocean.
