Our spacious condo comfortably sleeps seven in beds or nine if you use the fold-out. The master bedroom is private with a king size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a garden tub, separate shower, and two sinks. Additionally, the master has access to the corner wrap balcony and a view of the gulf. Please be aware that we rent Saturday to Saturday during the Summer.The second bedroom, with a view of Mobile Bay, has a queen bed with private bathroom. The third bedroom has a twin and full bed. This room is great for kids. This room also has its own bath with a tub/shower combo and two sinks. This bathroom opens to the bedroom and also to the hallway.There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Our condo is very nicely furnished and decorated with bright beach colors. The living area is quite large and has a beautiful view of the gulf. It also boasts a nice sized flat panel television and DVD. The patio wraps around the entire living area and master bedroom. Each of the bedrooms has a TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The dining area seats six with no crowding. We are located on the second floor by the stairs so there is no need to wait on an elevator.The Indies is located miles away from crowded beaches, but only a short drive to unlimited shopping, fantastic golf courses and activities for the kids. The beach is uncrowded with miles of undisturbed shore line for walking and exploring. The large pool features a cascading waterfall with lots of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Additionally, the pool area has a kiddy pool and hot tub. We also have a fantastic roof top terrace to enjoy the view of the gulf and bay, or just relax and read a book. Two well equipped fitness rooms are available for our guests.
