Be sure to bring your sail boat, surfboard, kayak, and fishing poles. Enjoy walks on the beach, sunbathing, and watching your children play in the sand. After spending the day on the beach, you can wash the sand off in a nice, large downstairs shower before coming inside. This beach house is full of character and unique architectual design from its beamed ceilings inside to the 'butterfly roof' on top. The floorplan offers 1 bedroom, another open living space that can serve as a second bedroom, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and 1 bathroom.
