The resort with something for everyone! We want you to be comfortable and feel a little spoiled on our comfy beds, cook in the beautiful new kitchen, child friendly furnishings all with that southern beachfront charm. There is plenty of room for Grandparents and the kids or maybe two couples who still want their own space. We have the perfect location at our Catalina GROUND FLOOR CORNER unit. There are 2 Master Suite bedrooms with king beds. The third Bedroom is set for the kids. We even have a toy box! A twin over a full bunk bed and of course there is a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy the spacious condo! Walk outside onto the tiled patio with morning coffee and enjoy the view! Sunset views are also fabulous! New Kitchen Cupboards and all new Stainless appliances.... we completed construction in December.... Beautiful Quartz countertops have tiled backsplash. Looks fabulous and updates our condo to the newest in decorating. Check out the pictures! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, small appliances including a crock pot and 2 coffee makers. Enough silver and plates to serve 12. There is a small table and chairs for the little ones, 3 barstools, and the dining table seats 6. Spoiling our vacation guests to the tee! Beach Club is a gated resort with wonderful amenities: Order snacks, sandwiches and beverages from the outdoor pool grill and bar during warm weather. There are other options for fun and food open all year long.....The Hideaway Sports Bar, ice cream shop, gift and coffee shops and of course the popular Coast Restaurant for lunch and dinner open spring through fall. If you like to walk and enjoy the exercise there are sidewalks everywhere, or ride the tram for extra fun! Check out the playground for the little ones, tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball courts and enjoy the beautiful flowers! Once you arrive there is no reason to leave.The children will love the grassy area in front of the condo for running and outdoor fun! Little ones and teens have fun with assorted balls, Frisbees and meet new beach friends.Enjoy the white sand beach, build sand castles, go shelling, rent a beach chair/umbrella, or bring your own and just relax. Our home away from home is very special to our family. Hope you and yours will build some great beach memories here as well and become a little spoiled by all the good fun at the beach!We have free wireless internet, and free long distance on domestic calls. Each bedroom has a TV, dvd player, the living room TV is a new 42 HD. We have updated window treatments and interior sliding shutters on the sliding glass doors in the master and living area. We are CLUB MEMBERS which allows our guests to use the indoor pool, fitness area and the many activities around the Club Pool in front the Coast Restaurant. Club fees are paid directly to the Club on the ground level of the Club.$46 for the first day and decreases by $2 per day. The fee includes EVERYONE staying in our condo.
