The condo is about 800 sf, which we feel is perfect for couples or a family of up to 6 guests. You will have one sliding glass door in the Living room and one in the Master bedroom for wonderful Little Lagoon and pool /Courtyard views. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all of the conveniences you would ever need on vacation. A washer and dryer are also provided for your laundry needs. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa,a recliner, cable TV, and a DVD player. Both the bedrooms has a queen size bed, Master has the second TV.We also have a keyless lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay. The complex boasts beautiful lush palm trees and flowers that surround the large pool with a double sided rock waterfall. The children's pool is steps away along with a hot tub for the adults. Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling out by sunset.The complex also has two lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard with the equipment available at no charge at the front office. For the boaters, we have a boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips with a $20 boat launch fee per vessel. ACROSS THE STREET there is 100' of our private deeded beach with a covered Gazebo for our guests. All this and just a short distance from downtown Gulf Shores, you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
