You have an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean and the beach boardwalk is just 40 feet away.The large and spacious great room has all leather furniture in the den and the fully equipped kitchen has seated dining for 8. There are four TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed wireless internet access, satellite TV, a washer & dryer and a charcoal barbeque grill. For golfers in the group, the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club is less than a mile away. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.
