Located in the newest and most requested Avalon Tower, we have just completed (May 2013) a complete remodel of this club level unit. Our renovation includes all brand new upscale furnishings, maple wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new carpet, and of course, fresh new paint. This 2 bedroom/2 ½ bath unit features a gulf front master bedroom with balcony access; a king size bed, HD TV, and a large adjoining master bath with an oversize whirlpool tub and dual sinks. The second bedroom hosts a full size bed as well as a twin for extra sleeping versatility. This spacious second bedroom also has a 32” HD TV and it’s own private full bath. And possibly the only thing to make it better, we have included a Play Station complete with various games to make sure the kids are happy!The fully stocked kitchen opens to the gulf front living room which includes a full size sleeper sofa, large HD TV and balcony access. The oversized balcony has plush seating for 6 to view the pristine white sandy beaches, as well as an extra bonus that you won’t find in many units, an electric grill for your use. The unit also includes a washer and dryer and wireless internet access The Avalon tower features a very large outdoor pool with lounge chairs, a hot tub and a kiddie pool that can all be used for no additional charge. The Beach Club is the only full service resort style complex on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. The on site amenities include 2 restaurants; a gulf-front restaurant with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico featuring fresh steaks and seafood creations in a casual dining atmosphere, as well as an entertainment filled dining experience with casual eating amid flat screen TV’s, pool tables, shuffleboard, video games and an amazing high definition golf simulator. Both restaurants are family friendly. In addition there is a poolside grill and tiki bar located at the clubhouse and an ice cream parlor located at the front of the complex. Additional on site amenities include a full service spa and salon, his and her locker rooms with steam room, sauna and showers, an indoor pool, 5 outdoor pools, fitness center, racquet club with 8 lighted Rubico clay tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court, playground, and walking trail. Please note that some amenities require an additional fee. The Beach Club is located within minutes from world-class golf including The Peninsula, Kiva Dunes, and Craft Farms. This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. WARNING - ADULTS AND FAMILIES ONLY!!!IF YOU ARE A PARENT RENTING FOR YOUR CHILDREN TO STAY WITHOUT AN ADULT (25+) IN THE UNIT, PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER UNIT.
