Staying with us you will have Gulf front views of the beautiful beach from your private balcony on the 4th floor. The kitchen is updated and fully-equipped with all of the conveniences you would ever need on vacation. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, 32-inch cable TV, CD player with stereo and a DVD/VCR combo. The bedroom has a queen size bed an a small flatscreen TV. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and listening to the surf while enjoying the beautiful gulf views. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The unit is just under 500 square feet, which we feel is perfect for a couple or small family. We also have a keyless lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay. We will assign you a entry code once payment is received.(Just a note about Privacy here, the one bedroom condos in our complex do not have a door on the actual bedroom. The bedroom is separated from the living room area by the kitchen and short hallway.) The complex boasts beautiful lush palm trees and flowers that surround the large pool with a double sided rock waterfall. The children's pool is steps away along with a hot tub for the adults. Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling out by sunset.The complex also has two lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard with the equipment available at no charge at the front office. For the boaters, we have a boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips with a $20 boat launch fee per vessel. ACROSS THE STREET there is 100' of our private deeded beach with a covered Gazebo for our guests.
