Sea Oats CondominiumsSea Oats is located on west beach in gulf shores only 4 miles west of the 'T' where AL highway 59 meets the beaches. Away from the crowded beaches, we are located in the quiet, laid back area of Gulf Shores, but just moments away from the heart of the activity including shopping, amusement parks, restaurants and golf.Property Features Our complex is located on almost 8 acres of prime lagoon front property. Sea oats offers a private boat launch and slips, fishing piers, 2 gazebos, and picnic areas with grills. We also have our own private beach access just a short walk from the unit. You will find a boardwalk on both sides of the road with outdoor showers. If you’d rather sun at the pool, we offer two Olympic size pools. Bring your boat and fishing rods or your kayaks! Covered parking leads to the entrance way of the condo. You will also find additional parking for boats, jet skis and kayaks.Unit FeaturesThe unit is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit with over 1400 square feet. The balcony faces the pool but also provides a view of the ocean. The building is 3 stories. The bottom level is the covered parking. There are only 2 floors of units and only 6 units per floor. We are located on the top floor of the building. This building does not contain an elevator. Access to the unit is by stairs. BedroomsThe master bedroom has a queen size bed with a separate dressing area and spacious closet. You will also find a large private master bathroom. The master has its own flat panel HDTV with cable. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed. This room also has a large spacious closet and a flat panel HDTV with cable.The third bedroom contains a full size bed and a twin bed. It also has a large spacious closet. This room has a flat panel TV with a DVD player. It does not have cable.The second full bath is located in the hall between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Living RoomIn the living room, the family will be quite comfortable watching a movie (DVD/Blu-ray player), cable or accessing the internet to watch TV on the flat panel HDTV. The DVD/Blu-ray player is connected to the internet to allow for the ultimate streaming entertainment – Netflix, YouTube, Huluplus, Pandora, etc. There are some DVDs and card games provided, but feel free to bring your own. High Speed InternetWe also offer high speed wireless 8mb DSL internet in the unit for your use. KitchenIn our unit, you will find a fully equipped kitchen. There is a full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove and dishwasher. You will also find everything you need to prepare meals when you choose to cook, including a slow cooker. We also have a blender to prepare your favorite frozen drinks as well as a coffee maker. The coffee maker allows for a full pot of coffee or you can choose to use your favorite K-cup.There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We also provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for you to use. ParkingOur condo has a covered reserved parking spot underneath the building. 1 parking pass is included with rental.
