Located in Bay to Breakers community with bay access via a dock across the road Margarita Villa Beach House is located at Bay to Breakers whic west on Hwy 180 at the 2 mile marker. There are no big stores on 180, but three small grocery stores are available for the essentials. For large grocery shopping needs, Walmart is located at Hwy 59 and Hwy 180 in Gulf Shores, so before getting on Hwy 180 you can stock up on food and charcoal for the large family sized grill under the house. Also, under the house are two outdoor showers for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. The master bath on the main has a large closet containing four low-rise beach chairs, mini beach paddle boards and noodles for renters enjoyment. Please, if you use them, rise them before you leave using the hoses under the house and return them to the closet. Ine the same building as the grocery is Fort Morgan Pizza.Reed Sales and Rental office has a movie rental machine under the front stairs with all the current movies available. It's 1.7 miles East of the Margarita Villa Beach House.Fresh Market Seafood is located next the the Chevron Station and Dollar General, 15.9 miles East of the Margarita Villa Beach House. You can enjoy fresh fish or shrimp caught daily straight from the Gulf.Gulf State Park and Bike Paths is 21 mile back into the town of Gulf Shores, but well work the drive and has a total of 15 miles of hiking/biking paved trails.
